Intermediate Vinyasa

Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga which means "put in a special way" linking movement to breath and creating fluid of practice. In this class, it passes from one asana (posture) to the other through the breathing rhythm. Asana, (Poses) Pranayama, (breath regulation) Mudras, (gestures) Bandhas, (contractions) Kryas, (Purifications) Mantras, (Chants) and a little of the philosophy of yoga are some of the tools in the intense practice.
