After being an athlete for many years I have found a profound interest in how the human body performs at its best. This interest has driven me to obtain the ability to not only help myself but to also help others learn how to move correctly and effectively so that they can obtain their fitness goals. I learned through much hard work that there are no short cuts or fast fixes but instead building blocks that give you the stability to achieve and maintain your goal. I currently provide two Fitness and Health courses at the Annual Women building California and the Nation Conference.The sports that I have enjoyed as a hobby and/or competed in are Triathlon, Skateboarding, Dirt Biking, Surfing, Backpacking, Running, Kickboxing, Snowboarding, Water skiing, Soccer, Diving and Crossfit. These sports have helped contribute to my love of exercise and knowledge of how using your body correctly will help you achieve your best.
