When I was 18 years old I was very out of shape and had low self-asteem. Looking at myself I decided that I was not happy with my body and the direction is was heading. I spent time at the gym trying to figure out how the machines worked all on my own and ended up not seeing much progress. I had no idea what I was doing or where to start with a healthy diet and fitness plan. My luck changed when I met a friend who happened to be a trainer. I made progress in 30 minutes with him than I ever did on my own. From that point on fitness became a joy instead of a pain, and I became stronger and healthier than ever before. In additionto being an International Sports and Science Association Certified Personal Trainer. I also have 3 years of taking, teaching and competing in CrossFit.
