Olivia is a competitive endurance athlete and exercise enthusiast with over a decade of coaching experience. She is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Group exercise Instructor. She specializes in functional and corrective exercise, athletic condtioning, sports-specific performance training, youth training, strength and power training, fat loss, and nutrition counceling, In addition to being a board-certified personal trainer, she has numerous professional qualifications which supplement her understanding of the human body and its athletic capabilities including extensive use of and certifications in Russian kettlebell training, plyometrics, Olympic weightlifting and metabolic conditioning. Olivia is a devoted practitioner who embodies the belief that exercise is medicine for the body and the brain. She is currently pursuing a masters degree in public health with a special focus in promoting physical activity as prescritive medicine.
