Paul is is qualified in NASM, Performance Enha cement Specialist, Correctional Exercise Specialist, Premier Global Cerfitied Personal Training, Nutrition and Weight management, British Triathlon Coach, BOSU Master Trainer, Pilates, WABBA Strength and Olympic Weightlifting coach, Kettlebell Certified and Spinning.
Paul has written a 90 page E-book for his clients to guide them to their best results. He is currently writing a book on strenth training for runners and traithletes to take his fitness career to the next level. He has given seminars on fat loss and general nutrition guidelines and makes it easy for people to learn and apply to their lives.
