An active yogi for 10 years and a dedicated teacher at Cabrillo Fitness for 5, Shanie's style draws from Vinyasa Flow and Ananda Yoga practices. She's constantly inspired by her students and their strong commitment to wellness, self-care and accessing their inner-potential to create change on the yoga mat! In addition to teaching yoga at Cabirllo, she's the founder and executive director of Yoga For All Movement an organization that focuses on teaching yoga through a trauma-informed lens. Her passion is inspiring generated action in volunteers to teach yoga from the heart, invest in our underserved community and believe in the power of transformational change!
