Growing up in Santa Cruz, Tricia has always spent a lot of time near and in the water. Growing up she was a regular at junior lifeguards which led her to compete as a varsity swimmer in high school.
She fell in love with fitness in a gym setting in her 20's and started shaping her career to align with her passion.
Tricia specializes in Women's Fitness, Corrective Exercises, Youth Athletes, and Group Fitness.
She believes that exercise should feel rewarding. Her goal as a trainer is to leave you feeling better and better after each session or class. Always pushing you to achieve your highest potential in a safe and effective way.
