Strength Training

Youths will learn work-out methods specifically designed to strengthen their bodies' cores. Workouts are tailored to children's ages, as we know the importance of not stressing a growing body :) Time will be spent learning about what machines work out which body parts (and the names of those muscles), proper form, stretching, and even nutritional information and guidance! Kids will get to keep track of their workouts and progress via written workbooks.
