Toadal Fitness Live Oak is a non-intimidating, family oriented and low-key health club. Established in the Live Oak location since 1999, we pride ourselves in offering the friendliest and most caring staff to assist our members reach and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We offer a lot of classes and state of the art equipment (All the free weights and functional training equipment along with all the cardio machines you would need! You will also find Saunas, Hot Yoga box, massage on-site…Unique to this location is also Toadal Fitness-4-kids, a facility designed exclusively for kids and teens, therefore, encouraging the whole family to keep fit together! Most classes are all inclusive for to keep everyone motivated in a fun and friendly environment! Come experience the difference!

At our Live Oak childcare, we accept children ages 3 months- 14 years. Click HERE to check out details about all our kids’ programs! :) We offer a bounce house, 35-foot rock climbing wall, “spider zone,” 3 trampolines, classes for ages 3+, and so much more!!

monday- Thursday: 9am-8pm
Friday: 9am-7:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9am-2pm
*reservations are only required monday-friday between 1-4pm
