Zach Dillon

I grew up in the East Bay (Bay Area), a multi-sport athlete. After graduating from U.C. Davis in the early 1990’s, I fell in love with the Santa Cruz area and the people that called this place home. In my spare time I like to camp, surf, fish, backpack, play basketball, ski, workout, and really anything that is outside including friends and/or family. My athletic background is in football, basketball, track, Olympic lifting, and Kung-Fu. In 2017 I decided to make a career change and become a personal trainer. I felt it was logical for me to use my knowledge/experience as an athlete and power lifter to help others with their needs and goals in the fitness realm. Let me help you with your functional movement, mechanics, balance, muscle building, toning, endurance, stamina, and overall health. Rehabilitation gets me excited the most, so if you have replacement or injury, I can be of service.
