I started my journey in the fitness industry as a trainer at Jack La Lannes in 1980. After years of navigating the ever-changing field of health and fitness and dispelling it’s many myths, I discovered resistance training. I personally experienced so many life-changing benefits that I want to share by coaching others. I also offer eating disorder recovery support. My passion lies in helping women over 50 become the strongest, fittest, and happiest versions of themselves. I offer a tailored and personalized experience that's all about compassion, curiosity, and most importantly, having fun!
