WHat is T.X.T.?
Toadal Cross-training (T.X.T) is a 45min small group training (3-12 people) kettlebell-based cross training program. It provides a fun, scalable, constantly varied workout taught with safety in mind. It has the heart of CrossFit and the brain of a personal trainer (emphasizes form and results.) The small groups allow accountability, motivation, nutritional help and ultimately unlimited variety.
