Summer Camp 2024 Field Trips:

2024 Program Details:
Please note that we will NOT be offering a spring break camp this year.
The first week of Summer Camp will begin Monday, June 3rd
The program will run through the week of August 5-9th
For Weeks 1-9, we do not offer a daily option- must sign up for the full week
For Week 10 ONLY (Aug. 5-9th), you can sign up either for the full week OR can sign up for individual days of that week (since we know many schools go back on 8/8!)
Our program is for ages 6 through 12. We can accept 5 year-olds who turn 6 by August 31, 2024. Sorry, we cannot make exceptions on this age minimum
You can sign up for a maximum of 8 weeks of the summer
Drop off between 8:15am-9:30am at our Live Oak, West Side, Watsonville, and Scotts Valley locations- you choose!
Pick up between 4pm-5:30pm each day (at Live Oak, West Side, Watsonville, or Scotts Valley)
You can drop off in the morning at one location and pick up in the afternoon at another location- we are happy to accommodate you :)
We are gone for field trips from roughly 10am-3:30pm each day.
All trips & transportation included in cost.
Snacks/ food will NOT be provided and is the parents’ responsibility to provide. We do often do popsicles on hot beach days :)
Parents must pack a full & nutritious lunch, water, and sunscreen for their child EVERY DAY
Physically active, fun, engaging trips daily in a safe environment
Peace of mind for parents with a small camp and more focus on their child- we have a ratio of 5 children for every 1 staff. We are taking a maximum of 20 children per week this year.
Transportation is done via minivans
Our team is given extensive training to work our camp program, and we do check driving records. Wanting an idea of the kind of counselors we have in our summer camp? 2024 Camp Cost:
For kids who are Toadal members:
$295 per week
$20 off per week for each sibling who is a member
The week of July 4th is reduced to $235. No camp on July 4th!
Week 10: sign up for the full week, or sign up for individual days @$70/day for kids who are members!
$25 enrollment fee
Please note that your child must remain a member through August 2024 in order to keep the member pricing for the program.
For kids who are NOT Toadal members:
$345 per week
$15 off per week for each sibling who is not a member
The week of July 4th is reduced to $275.
Week 10: sign up for the full week, or sign up for individual days @$85/day for kids who are not members!
$30 enrollment fee
Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. If you cancel, we can offer a refund of 50%, only if we can fill your child’s spot. If we cannot fill their spot, a 50% refund will not be possible.
The enrollment fee is non-refundable after time of registration.
