Rob is a Certified Personal Trainer who made a pivot in his life after finding the benefits of health and fitness himself. Working in the corporate world for over 20 years, he noticed in his mid-life that he was not in the best physical health.
Now in his 50s, Rob is feeling better than he ever has and has found a passion in sharing the benefits of healthy living to anyone wanting to improve their health.
He will meet clients where they are and work toward building healthy, sustainable habits in fun and engaging ways through strength training, mobility exercises, and nutrition guidance.
Rob hopes his story is relatable to many who felt they could never attain optimal health after living sedentarily for most of their lives.
